1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure product quality and hygiene, we only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, pouches, and protective materials are intact

  • The item has no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or marked as Final Sale

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling

 


 

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
(You can choose one; let me know if you want it fixed to 7, 10, or 14 days.)

Return requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.

 


 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees, COD charges (if applicable), and handling fees are non-refundable

If the item does not pass our inspection, we will notify you and return it to you at your cost.

 


 

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

 


 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund based on your case.

Important:
Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

 


 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • A cancellation fee may apply depending on the payment processor

 


 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • RadiantOrnate does not offer prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
